Residents have been issued parking tags commensurate with the number of people allowed in their units.  Temporary passes are available from Security or the Onsite Office for visitors.   All vehicles, therefore, must have a parking tag or are susceptible to tow.

Storage of cars in any of our visitor parking areas is PROHIBITED.

This includes:

•    The main lot
•    The spaces in front of Building 4
•    The spaces in front of Building 3
•    The spaces in front of the recycling area
•    The spaces in front of the office

As posted in each area, there is a 72-hour limit for parking in any one spot.  In the coming weeks, we will be doing REPEATED sweeps of our lots for stored vehicles.

CARS THAT HAVE BEEN PARKED IN A VISITOR SPACE FOR MORE THAN 72 HOURS AT A TIME WILL BE TOWED.

Please, do not think you can get away with moving your stored vehicle every few days.  If you are storing a car in a visitor lot, you MUST make arrangements to have it stored offsite asap, otherwise you will be towed.

If there is a legitimate and temporary reason your car needs to be parked in a visitor area for longer than 72 hours, i.e. you’re going out of town or are in the process of arranging offsite storage, please notify Rick in the office immediately so that he can make note of it.
